Ålands Fotbollförbund (Football Association) is the governing body of football in the autonomous region of Åland, which belongs to Finland. ÅFF was founded in 1943 and has 11 member clubs who compete at different levels and age groups.

An Åland men’s team (IFK Mariehamn) and a women’s team (Åland United) play in the highest Finnish national leagues. Åland football teams play in leagues and competitions in both Finland and Sweden and the ÅFF organises a mini-league called ‘Poolspel’ for players from 7 - 12 years old.
