Ålands fotbollförbund
Ålands Fotbollförbund (ÅFF) är takorganisation för de åländska fotbollsföreningarna. ÅFF grundades år 1943, då med namnet Ålands Bolldistrikt. Förbundet har idag 11 medlemsföreningar och antalet sammanlagda lag är ca 60, i olika åldrar och serier. Det finns nästan 700 licenserade fotbollsspelare och ca 500 motionsfotbollsspelare.
The Åland Football Association
The Åland FA is the governing body of football within the autonomous Åland region of Finland. The Association was founded in 1943 and has 11 member clubs who compete at different levels and age groups. An Åland men’s team (IFK Mariehamn) and a women’s team (Åland United) play in their respective Premier Leagues. Åland football teams play in leagues and competitions in both Finland and Sweden and the Åland FA organises a mini-league called ‘Poolspel’ for players from 6 - 12 years old.
